I have dealt with a person who I called a chameleon before, I just thought I would be smart enough to see the signs again. One of the things I pride myself on is learning from my mistakes and clearly I didn’t learn the first time. I literally hate people who feel like they have to fit in with whats around them. What is so hard about being yourself, you dont have to mold yourself to cater to other peoples needs. Especially when you are looking for a significant other, you think you know someone and then the next thing you know they are everything you hate. I promise never again. When you are in a relationship you’re suppose to grow with a person, not entirely recreate yourself. I find that if I’m more patient with things ill be able to fond someone who just wants to be with me for me. I will not rush into something again. I am starting to realize more and more how much I’ve been fucking myself over… no more of that. That is one promise I will be keeping to myself.
